Overview
A fast-paced businesswoman (who is temporarily living in Beverly Hills until they can return to their home in the Pacific Palisades), is seeking a personal assistant/house manager to help manage the busy day-to-day of her busy home. The role would be on-site every day in Beverly Hills until September, then based out of their home in the Pacific Palisades. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- A lot of errands and task related functions
- Picking up/dropping off packages
- Children drop off/pick up
- Running errands
- Walking the dogs
- Checking in on the office home in Santa Monica and making sure the two cats are okay (someone else usually takes care of them)
- Managing the housekeeper- directing her on organizational projects and what to do daily
- Daily office administrative tasks
Requirements
- Must be legal to work in the US
- Must be comfortable working around a cats/dogs
- Live locally/commutable to the Beverly Hills/Pacific Palisades/Santa Monica area
- Prior experience as an assistant
