Second Assistant to House Manager – UHNW Family
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am–6pm (with some flexibility)
Compensation: $75K- 95K DOE + Benefits
An ultra-high-net-worth family based in Beverly Hills is seeking a warm, polished, and proactive Second Assistant to support the House Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a large, busy estate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-minded, and comfortable pitching in wherever needed in a fast-paced environment with children, pets, staff, and frequent guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the House Manager with day-to-day household operations and admin
Help track and replenish household supplies and inventory
Assist with vendor coordination and scheduling service appointments
Help monitor and document maintenance needs throughout the property
Assist with light event preparation, guest arrivals, and general hospitality tasks and available for all events
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure the home is guest-ready
Help maintain upkeep and cleanliness of vehicles, including scheduling washes and services
Provide occasional pet care support as needed (feeding, walking, vet appointments)
Run errands, make purchases, returns, and deliveries
Assist with property walkthroughs and report anything out of place or needing attention
Ideal Candidate:
3- years of experience in a private home or hospitality-related role
Genuine interest in learning and growing in estate/household management
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take direction
Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized
Tech-savvy (Apple products, shared calendars, digital checklists)
Discreet, respectful, and professional at all times
Flexible to occasionally assist on evenings/weekends if needed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Must be able to pass a background check
