Executive/Personal Assistant & House Manager for UHNW Individual – Beverly Hills
Monday through Friday, approximately 9:30 AM–6:30 PM in person, with some flexibility to start earlier with calls/emails from home. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for events or special projects. Must be OK with text or call on weekends
Up to $150K DOE, plus a stipend toward benefits.
Candidates seeking the higher end of the salary range must demonstrate extensive experience supporting UHNW individuals with strong longevity in prior roles.
A lovely and dynamic client in Beverly Hills is seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and resourceful Executive/Personal Assistant and House Manager to support all aspects of their personal and professional life. This is a true “Jack or Jill of all trades” role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
The client has a strong background in art and design and is actively involved in philanthropy, serving on several boards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing both the big picture and the day-to-day. This role involves supporting the principal in their primary residence in Beverly Hills, as well as overseeing needs at additional properties both within and outside of California.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Proactive management of calendars, appointments, and scheduling across personal and professional domains
Handling correspondence, managing RSVPs for social engagements, and coordinating with philanthropic and board-related contacts
Overseeing all household purchases, returns, and inventory management
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
Providing high-level personal support, anticipating needs, and ensuring the principal stays on task
Managing daily errands, vendor relationships, and liaising with household staff or contractors as needed
Supporting the planning and execution of events hosted by the principal
Oversight of maintenance and operations for multiple properties
