Personal /Admin Assistant to Entertainment Entrepreneur
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (flexibility required for evenings and weekends as needed)
Compensation: Up to $45- $50/hour DOE + Health Benefits + OT
While this is primarily a Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM role, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential
A dynamic and fast-paced entertainment entrepreneur with multiple business ventures is seeking a polished, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/House Assistant to join their support team. This role will work in close collaboration with the Executive Assistant and lead Personal Assistant, reporting to both as well as the principal.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-changing environment, anticipates needs, and brings a calm, can-do attitude to everything they do. Prior experience supporting a business owner or high-profile individual in a hybrid personal/business assistant capacity is required. Agency experience is a PLUS
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Assistant in managing a frequently changing calendar and daily schedule
Serve as a point of contact and communicate on behalf of the principal with internal team members and external partners
Provide occasional driving support to meetings and appointments
Ensure the principal’s personal needs and day-to-day essentials are managed seamlessly
May assist with coordinating household errands, personal shopping, and vendor management as needed
Assist in organizing travel, events, and household logistics
MUST be excellent at guiding for buying a gift for higher profile people
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant /Admin supporting a busy executive or entrepreneur
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Apple products and general technology
Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
Looking for a long-term role; no job hoppers or clock watchers
Polished, presentable and hard working is a true asset for this role.
