A private family in Encino, CA, is seeking a highly skilled, meticulous, and experienced Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of their large estate. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working in high-end homes where discretion and professionalism are essential.
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with flexibility as needed)
$40 per hour | Payroll
Key Responsibilities:
Meticulous housekeeping – deep cleaning, daily upkeep, and ensuring the home is maintained to the highest standard.
Laundry & wardrobe care – proper washing, ironing, steaming, and organizing of fine fabrics, linens, and designer clothing.
Home organization – maintaining order in closets, pantries, and storage spaces to ensure efficiency and tidiness.
Light meal preparation – assisting with simple meal prep for two children (ages 10 & 8).
Pet care – tending to two small dogs, including feeding and maintaining clean pet areas.
Maintaining household supplies – keeping track of cleaning products, linens, and household essentials, restocking as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience working in large, high-end estates.
Extremely detail-oriented with a proactive and efficient approach.
Expert in laundry care – knowledgeable in handling luxury fabrics and wardrobe maintenance.
Highly organized and adaptable, able to anticipate household needs.
Discreet, professional, and trustworthy, always maintaining family privacy.
Comfortable with small dogs and willing to assist with their care.
