Location: Encino, CA
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 7 AM – 7 PM
Compensation: $110K per year + 2 weeks PTO, paid holidays, and sick days
A warm and welcoming entertainment family of four is seeking a loving, proactive, and dedicated Nanny/Housekeeper to join their household. This role involves providing attentive care for their two children, ages 2 and 4, while also assisting with light housekeeping duties. The family is looking for a long-term fit and hopes to find someone who has experience of balancing childcare and household management.
Responsibilities:
Childcare:
- Assist with morning routines, getting the children ready for school
- School drop-offs and pick-ups as needed.
- Engage children in play, activities, and learning experiences
- Prepare snacks and meals
- Help with bedtime routines, including bath time
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
Housekeeping & Household Support:
- Light daily housekeeping (making beds, doing laundry, vacuuming, dusting, taking out the trash)
- Unloading/loading the dishwasher and maintaining a tidy kitchen
- Handling grocery shopping and package deliveries
- Assisting with meal prep as needed
- No deep cleaning required—a professional cleaning team comes weekly
Additional Responsibilities:
- Occasional pet care for the family’s friendly golden doodle
- Running errands as needed
- Flexibility to travel with the family on short trips (such as during holiday breaks or weekends)
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a nanny/housekeeper in a similar role
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both childcare and household tasks
- Warm, engaging, and reliable with excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive is preferred (use of the family car may be available for errands/school pickups)
- Willing to travel with the family for short duration
