Overview
A busy family in the Beverly Glenn area, is looking to immediately hire a full-time housemanager. The candidate must already be living in a commutable distance to the area, candidates who need to re-locate will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with vendors on/off the property
- Roll up their sleeves and be extremely hands-on around the property
- Daily walk through of the property making sure everything is in working order
- Ability to work pro-actively and independently
- Vehicle maintenance
Requirements
- Must be legal to work in the US
- Team-player
- Managing staff
- Having a vendor list and network of contacts is a plus
- Must be tech-savvy
- Hands-on approach
- No job too big/too small mentality
- Handyman skill-set
