A busy family in the Bay Area is seeking a full-time personal assistant/house manager to support their fast-paced lifestyle and property. The role will be working on-site, Monday through Friday with flexibility to be available on the weekends, if needed.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Heavy calendaring
- Handling travel arrangements from start to finish
- Flexibility to travel, if needed but not required
- Maintaining personal/business relationships
- Representing the family at all times
- Handling vendors
- Proactively handling property maintenance
- Coordinating deliveries and returns
