Overview
A busy family entrepreneur seeks a top-notch full-time chief of staff to help organize his life and family office. This role will be primarily remote, but the candidate needs to live locally in the Bay Area to meet weekly or as needed and to walk the properties. This position hires when the candidate is available, now or in the new year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee small commercial real estate
- Estate management of commercial space and family homes.
- CA properties are all within SF or an hour away.
- Vendors Management
- General maintenance of properties
- Keeping it guest-ready - arrivals/departures
- Bill payment and oversight
- On-site project management
- Calendaring
- Big move next fall to the Bay Area
- Keeping work life on track
- Handling paperwork
- Work with growing family office
- Follow up on taxes
- Consult with lawyers for handling documents and organizing them
- Car registration and maintenance
- Planning family travel
- Research projects
