Overview
A family in the Bay Area is seeking a full-time, live-in executive housekeeper to manage a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 6000 square feet property in Los Olivos, CA. He will not be in residence during the school holidays. The schedule will be a guaranteed 50 hours per week over 5 days, with 2 consecutive days off. Candidates should be flexible to accommodate changes to this schedule, with respectable notice. One parent will be in residence 70% of the time, and the other parent will be there every other week. When the parents are in residence, the candidate will be provided with an apartment in town (local to all amenities), and when they are off-property (i.e. 30% of the time, and during the school holidays), the candidate will stay in a separate casita on property, which consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living area and all laundry facilities.
