Additionally, the Recruitment Officer will help develop recruitment strategies, establish relationships with potential candidates, and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This role will cover the entire recruitment cycle, from screening candidates to ensuring they are ready to join the company.
