Position: Executive Wellness Coach
Location: Houston, Texas (with extensive travel as required)
Reporting To: Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled, driven, and discreet Executive Wellness Coach to support the CEO of a major company. This role is dedicated solely to the CEO, ensuring consistency in fitness and nutrition amidst a demanding and dynamic schedule. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, fitness, and wellness, coupled with the adaptability and drive to excel in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Fitness Planning: Design and implement a comprehensive fitness program tailored to the CEO’s goals, preferences, and schedule. Adapt workouts to accommodate frequent travel and varying environments.
- Nutritional Guidance: Advise on optimal food choices, meal planning, and preparation to support the CEO’s health and fitness objectives. Collaborate with chefs or meal prep services when needed.
- Travel Readiness: Ensure continuity of fitness and nutrition programs during travel, including identifying suitable facilities, equipment, and local resources.
- Schedule Adaptability: Maintain flexibility to adjust plans in response to the CEO’s unpredictable schedule while ensuring consistency in health and wellness practices.
- Confidentiality: Uphold the highest level of discretion and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on fitness and nutrition progress, making adjustments as required to achieve and maintain optimal results.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest trends and research in fitness and nutrition, bringing innovative solutions to enhance the CEO’s overall well-being.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Certification or degree in Nutrition or Dietetics preferred.
- Proven experience working with high-profile individuals or UHNWIs is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, ever-changing environment.
- A “hands-on” approach with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, often on short notice.
- Valid passport.
