Overview
A single professional is seeking a fantastic full-time executive/personal assistant. She splits her time between residences in New York and California, and also spends time in Europe- the EA/PA will be remote, but candidates must be located on the east coast due to schedule requirements, and *very* occasional in-person work. The schedule is full-time and is generally Monday through Friday, approximately 9am-5pm EST, but with a 24/7 mindset and willingness to do small time-sensitive tasks outside of normal working hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex travel arrangements- private and commercial
- Schedule calls and meetings
- Book all personal appointments
- Oversee the household budget; pay household staff and vendors
- Assistance with other projects as needed
Qualifications
- Proactive, organized, and able to think ahead
- Able to deal with multiple priorities and constantly changing schedules
- Flexibility to assist with tasks outside of the standard schedule
- Resilient
- Tech savvy
Requirements
- Must have both private and corporate experience
- 5-7 years experience
- East coast based (highly preferred, but will consider other great candidates)
Salary and Benefits
- $80-90k annually
- Potential for health stipend for the right candidate
