Studio City Offices
Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM generally but MUST be ok with longer hours
Occasional flexibility for events
Openness to occasional travel preferred (to check in on homes in other states as needed).
Salary 100K-150K DOE + Benefits
A busy and high-profile talent with several business ventures is seeking an organized and proactive Executive (sightly) but more Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will seamlessly support both personal and professional needs, serving as an extension of the principal in day-to-day tasks. If you’re highly detail-oriented, able to anticipate needs, and enjoy creating a smooth, stress-free environment, this could be a great role for you! This just for someone who is a true doer, flexible and a team player up for anything.
Key Responsibilities:
Stay on top of personal and business schedules, including family and children’s activities.
Communicate with agents, managers, publicists, and more on a daily basis.
Ensure projects and tasks from meetings are completed, providing updates along the way.
Arrange travel plans for both business and family trips, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Keep detailed lists for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and review them regularly with the principal.
Handle gift shopping and thank-you notes for personal and professional contacts.
Assist with packing and preparing for trips or shoots.
Book appointments and stay in the know about new restaurants, exhibits, and local events.
Be pet-friendly and help with walking dogs or managing vet appointments.
Help manage side projects and creative endeavors, from planning to execution.
Work with vendors and household staff to keep operations running smoothly.
Ensure the home-based office is well-stocked and maintain a handyman list for any repairs
Be open to helping with seasonal decorations.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing personal tasks and working with confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and social media platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail, anticipating needs ahead of time.
Patience and empathy when handling sensitive situations.
Flexibility for occasional long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
