Overview
A lovely family in Los Angeles, CA are seeking a nanny to help care for their 2-month-old boy. The nanny would be joining a very close knit team, and the family very much value and respect their employees, therefore earning that same value and respect in return. The general schedule will be Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm. The family does ask for flexibility with the daily schedule as they navigate their needs with the new baby, but there will be 40 hours per week guaranteed. The family is open to live-in, or live-out, but do prefer live-out and are looking to hire ASAP, so priority will be given to local candidates first. Mom is very hands-0n, and wants to continue to be, so the ideal candidate knows how to navigate being able to transition back and forth from 'sole charge' to 'Mother's Helper.'
