Overview
A highly skilled and professional full-time executive butler and guest services manager is sought to support a high-net worth individual. The Principal has a summer estate on Eastern Long Island with frequent weekend guests, and a Lower Manhattan apartment that is the location of frequent business meetings and meals. The candidate will therefore split their time between these residences, with occasional travel, as requested by the Principal.
Responsibilities
- Personal Valet Responsibilities: Provide personalized valet services, including wardrobe management, packing and unpacking for travel, and ensuring that all personal items are organized and in impeccable condition. Assist with clothing selections and personal grooming as needed. Maintain inventory of all preferred personal grooming and wardrobe products and styles.
- Guest Management: Oversee all aspects of guest services, ensuring a seamless experience for heads of state, foreign leaders, and high-profile guests. Anticipate needs and preferences, providing personalized attention.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve drinks and food to guests at various occasions, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and etiquette. Ensure that all food and beverage needs are met, and that dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated. Prepare and set up dining areas for casual gatherings and more formal meals.
- Coordination with Kitchen Staff: Collaborate closely with the chef and kitchen staff to coordinate meal logistics, including menu planning, timing, and service flow. Ensure that all food and beverage needs are met, and that dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all guest-related inquiries and communication. Foster relationships with vendors and service providers to maintain service standards.
- Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate a deep understanding of various cultural customs and etiquette to ensure respectful and appropriate interactions with diverse guests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Butler, Personal Assistant, or similar role in a high-net-worth household or luxury hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in managing staff and coordinating complex schedules and events.
- A background in hospitality management or related fields is preferred.

- Must be discreet, polished, and experienced in managing a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Salary and Benefits
- $150,00 - $175,000 + full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)
