This busy professional family in near Henley- on Thames are looking for a sole charge Nanny Housekeeper to work 3 days a week Monday – Wednesday for their 2 children ages 6 and 10 years old. The role is to start in May and they are looking for an experienced, qualified person who genuinely loves working with autistic children, is nurturing and kind and proactive. The hours are 12 midday – 6pm initially and the salary is £20 gross an hour (£18,720 gross per annum)
Nanny needs to be a driver and have their own car and be able to engage the autistic child in activities (indoor, outdoor, occasional local activities), mindful not to overwhelm them and being patient. Cleaning, tidying and laundry as needed is part of this role and school pickup, cooking for children too. Experience with autistic children, especially PDA, is desirable.
