About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for Administrator to join Sales & Marketing team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Smooth running of the Sales & Marketing Department operation and ensuring that the Jumeirah Standards are met at all times. Interacts and communicates with Sales and Marketing Team and all relevant departments.
- Responsible for the Sales administration, control and communication.
- Handles SBU collaterals and gift items ensuring that adequate supplies are always available for the Sales and Marketing team whenever necessary.
- Handles Purchase Requisitions of the Sales and Marketing Departments, ensuring that tracking of items purchased is monitored and followed up on a regular basis.
- Process and handles business trips (flight booking, accommodation, collaterals and other necessary requirements for the trip).
- Manages store requisitions.
- Assist the Sales team in preparing contracts and communication for both internal colleagues and external clients.
- Manages data filing system for the department.
- Handles department monthly accruals and P&L.
- Handles confidential or classified material and ensures the code of confidentiality is kept at all times while maintaining professional office etiquette and discretion.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- At least 2 years in a Sales role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
