Overview

A busy, welcoming Kensington-based family seeks a fantastic weekend live-out nanny to start January 2025. The schedule will be 7:30am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday, with occasional babysitting needed on Saturday nights.

Responsibilities

The nanny will be responsible for a gorgeous 4-year-old girl (and occasionally her siblings). The successful candidate will:

Organise fun and educational activities and adventures (eg. theatre, playgrounds, museums, parks, Purple Dragon, gymnastics etc)
Balance the above with some indoor time- puzzles, games, reading, creative activities, etc.
Prepare all meals and snacks (this will be a combination of cooking from scratch and re-heating batch prepared food)
Keep the bedroom and playroom areas organised and tidy
Keep communal areas clean and tidy

Requirements

A bright, positive approach to childcare and a love for children!
Comfortable working in a shared care capacity - the parents will regularly be around and engaged
Pitch in attitude and a naturally tidy personality
Great at organising and planning
Flexible and accommodating
Fantastic references and experience with a similar aged child
