Overview
A welcoming family in central London seek a fabulous live-in housekeeper to help with finalising renovations and with keeping on top of general housekeeping. The position will be for at least a month, with the possibiliity of extending if all is going well, and the family would love someone to start asap. The usual schedule will be 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday, however please be open to some extra hours depending on the family's needs.
Responsibilities
The housekeeper will be responsible for all aspects of housekeeping including:
- General cleaning and tidying
- Deep cleaning, silver cleaning, French polishing
- Laundry and ironing
- Running errands, grocery shopping, and receiving deliveries and contractors/vendors
Requirements
- A good level of fitness - the home has 5 flights of stairs!
- Discreet, flexible and calm personality
- Positive, can-do attitude, able to work equally well as part of a team, or in sole charge
- Plenty of previous high-end housekeeping experience
- Excellent references
