Overview
A wonderful family living in Hudson Yards is looking for two live-out, full-time nannies for their three boys (4.5-year-old, 2.5-year-old, and 2-month-old). The tentative schedule will have two daily shifts, split between the nannies, with overlap. Both nannies will work Monday through Friday. One nanny will work from 7am–3pm, and the second will work from 12pm-8pm, with flexibility on coverage. The oldest child will be in school full days, and the middle child will also take classes. There is an NCS currently helping with the infant.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining nap and sleep schedules
- Changing diapers
- Preparing snacks for the children
- Engaging with the children and planning daily activities
- Fostering and monitoring developmental milestones
- Updating the parents regularly regarding the children's development
Qualifications
- Low maintenance, quieter personality types
- Gentle guidance to the children. Parents/teachers to handle behavior and disciplinary actions.
- Driving is a plus
- Flexibility to travel is a plus
Requirements
- Must be legal to work in the US
- CPR Certified
- Ability to swim
- Summers spent as a live-in at the beach house in Rhode Island. (The schedule will be worked out in advance/split between the nannies).
