Residential Security Agent for HNWI Estate

Are you an experienced security professional seeking a prestigious and rewarding role? We are looking for a dedicated Residential Security Agent to join our team on a (HNWI) private estate in Berkshire.

Location: Private Estate, Berkshire

Salary: £45,000 per annum (with additional shifts available for increased earning potential)

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily patrols across the estate to ensure safety and security.
• Operate and monitor in-house security systems (training provided).
• Maintain a professional presence and respond to incidents swiftly and effectively.
• Liaise with residents, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare detailed written reports and maintain incident records.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years in military, police, or professional security roles.
• SIA License: Valid and current.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of daily patrols across a large estate.
• Driving: Must have a full UK driving licence and reliable transport to the property.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English.
