Who are we?
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.
Estelle Manor is looking for dedicated and passionate Security Officers, who will enjoy a mix of both day and night shifts within our beautiful and luxurious property and will provide a supportive security presence throughout the estate.
The on target earning potential for this role is £33,000 per annum per annum based on a 42 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,000, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Our Security Officers at Estelle Manor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our members, their guests, our colleagues, and associated property throughout the 24-hour operation. You will be able to assess, review and take appropriate action when working with a variety of disciplines. You will be responsible for compliance, minimising risk, and establishing a security presence throughout the estate and above all, be confident with communicating with our members and guests.
Who we are looking for?
- SIA Door license is a requirement for this role.
- Previous security experience within a luxury hospitality environment would be preferred.
- Proven knowledge and experience of health and safety regulations, ideally with an IOSHH qualification.
- Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

About gratuities & service charge:
- Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
- It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
