A meticulous, articulate and proactive PA is required to support a lovely couple based in Notting Hill overseeing all administrative aspects of their personal affairs. You would work closely with both their wider household team and also their family office.
This is a hybrid working role. The ideal candidate will be happy to travel to South Africa twice a year for up to a week at a time and also be happy to travel to their property in Berkshire for 2-3 days per month (easily commutable by both car and public transport)
Main duties and responsibilities
Diary
•inbox and calendar management, including being close enough to current work to be able to understand the relative urgency of different requests for time and allocate time accordingly
•maintaining and improving contacts list
•manage the balance of time spent across the week/month between work, estate and personal commitments
Travel
•shared responsibility for global travel, including visa applications and passport renewals
•researching travel destinations and building itineraries
•key point of contact for flight crew and flight ops
Residential
•assist project team on all build, renovation and design projects. Currently a big part of the role with multiple concurrent projects
•assist estate team in supporting properties, particularly London properties as estate team is based in Berkshire (e.g. access for contractors or deliveries, florist etc)
•key contact for all inventory - art, furniture and other items. Includes liaising with auction houses and suppliers, with external storage manager and restorers etc. Arranging with finance team for payment of all invoices. Keeping master list of all inventory by location. This is a big part of the role currently with the residential renovations and design projects.

Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday – Friday
Salary: £80-95k GPA depending on experience
