Live Out Assistant House Manager

A family is seeking a Live Out Assistant House Manager to oversee and help manage their home in the prestigious W1 area. With the home being a part-time residence, the ideal candidate must be highly flexible to accommodate the family's visits to London.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Supervise and coordinate the existing team of 4 housekeepers

Butler Duties:

Perform formal butler responsibilities ensuring a high level of service and hospitality.

Household Maintenance:

Ensure the home is maintained to an exceptional standard at all times.
Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with outside contractors for repairs.

Operational Management:

Ensure the smooth running of the property, acting as an all-round hands-on helper when needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experienced in household management with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities with a keen understanding of the professional boundaries within the household.
Experience working alongside existing staff and coordinating with security and maintenance teams.

Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility needed when the family is in residence.

£55,000 GPA
