Nanny-Housekeeper, live-in, Job ID J1AE63 - A full-time live-in Nanny Housekeeper is required in Esher, Surrey, to assist a lovely family in caring for their three school-aged children while managing housekeeping duties. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, and energetic, able to engage with the children while ensuring the home remains clean and organised.
A pet-friendly candidate would be ideal, as the family has a dog. They are also open to considering live-out candidates. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, approximately 40 hours per week
Accommodation: Private bedroom and private bathroom
Duties include:
Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area
Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
Making beds and replacing linens as needed
Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
