Overview
A busy couple in Bel Air, is looking to hire a domestic couple to look after their home. The couple must already be living in a commutable distance to Bel Air. The couple should have a background in working at high-end estates. The couple should be VERY hands-on! Prior groundsman/houseman and housekeeping skills are required. This is a full-time role hiring immediately.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the couple include:
- Taking care of the grounds
- Working with vendors
- Hands on fixing/handyman work
- Laundry
- Deep cleaning
- Running errands for the home
- Inventory of household goods
- Proactive maintenance of the home's interior and exterior
Requirements
- Must be legal to work in the US
- Hands-on approach
- Prior housekeeping skills are required
- Prior groundsman/houseman experience
- Handyman experience
- Valid driver's license
- HVAC knowledge
- Cleaning high-end furniture and fixtures
- Team-player
- Having a vendor list and network of contacts is a plus
- A no job too big/too small mentality
- Being tech savvy is a must
