Overview
A family on the Upper East Side, NYC, is hiring a team of housekeepers to create a team of three for their seven-floor townhouse. There will be three live-out housekeepers on the team, working 40 hours a week. If required, live-in could be arranged but there is no relocation for this role. Candidates should already be local to the NYC area. There are some weeks when the children will be in residence and others when they are not. This would be the lead housekeeper role. The schedule will be Wednesday through Sunday from 7am-3pm **MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH**. This role is hiring ASAP!
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of housekeepers
- Management of team
- Able to walk up and down steps
- Comfortable working with a small dog.
- At times, there may be up to four teenagers at the residence (Ages 10-16 years old).
- Excellent serving, cleaning, deep cleaning and organization skills
- Willing and able to cook
- Great laundry and ironing skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating tech/smart home
- Polished and professional personality
- Works well independently and on a team
- Flexibility with schedule/days of work
- Prior experience as a housekeeper in NYC or the Hamptons in a UHNW home. Townhouse experience is a plus!

- Medical stipend of $70/week (after three months of employment)
