Our HNW client is currently seeking a dynamic, bright, professional PA to work alongside her on a full-time basis in AlUla.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves travelling, is presentable, approachable and has excellent, clear communication skills.
One day a week off is guaranteed and whenever working hours are exceeded a second day is added to compensate on total hours extra.
Requirement:
- Must have previous experience of working in the middle east and have a good level of Arabic and English language skills (French language skills are a bonus)
- Driver preferred but not mandatory
- Travel 2-4 times a year to Europe, UK / depends on work tasks
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Managing schedule
- Arranging meetings and making bookings
- Note taking
- Filing and administration
- Organising documents
- Follow ups
- Making travel arrangements
- Making personal arrangements (shopping, dinners, invites etc)
- Screening & managing calls and emails
- Preparing briefs and general reports
Working Days/Hours: Average 8-9 hours per day depending on need; 6 days per week depending on activities and if travelling
Accommodation: Private accommodation provided within or outside the property
Salary/Package: £25,200 – £34,800 per year, end of year bonus, medical insurance, annual paid leave 28 days
Start Date: February 2025
