Executive/Personal Assistant to Founder of Hedge Fund Firm
Location: Century City for Office, West LA for Residence
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Standard Business Hours with Flexibility
Compensation: DOE + Full Benefits
An influential and high-achieving Founder of a prestigious hedge fund firm seeks a polished, experienced Executive/Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to provide comprehensive support. This role requires a candidate who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and capable of handling high-level executive functions along with personal management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting C-level executives, ideally within finance or a similarly fast-paced, high-stakes industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Support: Oversee all day-to-day business needs, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and confidential correspondence. Act as a gatekeeper and handle communications on behalf of the principal, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Personal Support: Provide high-level assistance with personal matters, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and daily schedule coordination. Serve as a liaison to the principal’s spouse, maintaining seamless communication and ensuring household matters are efficiently managed.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage both business and personal travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, private jet scheduling, and ground transportation. Ensure a smooth travel experience by anticipating and addressing all potential logistical needs.
Household & Staff Management: Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and management of household staff (e.g., housekeepers, chefs, drivers), ensuring the principal’s home is maintained to the highest standard. Manage household schedules, vendor relationships, and necessary maintenance.
Asset and Lifestyle Management: Oversee private assets, such as vehicles, and coordinate necessary services and appointments. Manage VIP concierge requests and ensure any lifestyle needs are proactively addressed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally within finance or a related field supporting C-suite executives with at least 4 years with one principal
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience liaising with family members, household staff, and corporate executives.
Proficiency in managing travel, schedules, and private household needs.
Flexible, with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
