Job Title: Female Butler
Working Schedule: Full-time, Live-in or Live-out, 6 days a week
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (based on experience)

A wonderful UHNW Qatari family is seeking an experienced Full-Time Female Butler to oversee the day-to-day management and care of their Principal. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with HNW/UHNW families and working in a formal household/palace. Exceptional skills in household management, service, and organization are essential, as well as wardrobe management. The family seeks a candidate who works well independently, is organised, and can ensure the smooth running of the household. Flexibility with schedules and a willingness to travel is vital, as is the ability to maintain professional boundaries while being attentive and proactive in anticipating the family’s needs. The principals value long-term relationships and are seeking a candidate looking to stay with them for many years.
Duties:
- Oversee daily household operations and ensure a seamless experience for the family and guests.
- Coordinate services for home maintenance and event preparation.
- Supervise household staff, including managing schedules and delegating tasks effectively.
- Coordinate and organize the Principal’s activities, such as leisure pursuits and entertainment events, preparing the room personally for given occasions.
- Serve meals and beverages to the family and guests, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
- Maintain an organized and efficient household environment, ensuring all areas are neat and orderly.
- Manage grocery shopping, running errands, and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Provide attentive care and service to the Principal and guests, ensuring their comfort and needs are met during their stay.
- Oversee automobile maintenance and provide transportation for the family and guests to local destinations.
- Organize and maintain pantries, closets, and other storage areas.

- Available at all times to assist when the family is in residence.

- Prior formal household experience, particularly in service-oriented settings.
- Honest, discreet, and highly trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity.
- Service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proactive, efficient, and highly organized, able to anticipate the family’s needs.
- Willing to travel with the family to their other homes for events and coverage.
- Valid driver’s license.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
