luxury hospitality venues.
We are a small boutique agency based in Bicester. We are
searching for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our
current team. There will be an opportunity for the apprentice to
be offered a permanent position on completion of their
apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate
qualifications and interest.
· Monitor and optimise job postings to attract the right
candidates.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
· Send out interview confirmations, details, and reminders to
candidates.
· Smooth transition by communicating start dates, ensuring
compliance paperwork is complete.
· Maintain and update candidate records
· Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
Must:
· Have a passion for learning
· Enjoy working in a small office environment with 2-4 other
individuals
· Must have excellent command of the English language, spoken and
written
· Be personable and have a great telephone manner
· Confident with social media platforms
· Excellent computer skills, MS package-mostly word and excel
Ideally:
· Have English and Maths GCSE at grade 4 and above
· Drives with own car or can easily commute into Bicester
Training:
· Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to
support their own progression towards management
responsibilities.
· 15 months practical training period, plus 3 months for End
Point Assessment
· Work-based training with your employer
· 10 days professional training at college
· Approximately 12 on-site or/and Teams assessment visits per
year
· Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (7 days at
college for each, if required)
· Off the job training will count for at least 6 hours a week of
an apprentice’s time at work

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30-4:30pm
Salary: £14,000-£19,000 gross per annum + commission structure +
bonus incentives + pay review once apprenticeship is completed.
