A busy family based in a beautiful large Georgian home with a lovely garden is seeking an experienced and dedicated House Manager/Nanny to join their household. The role involves providing structured and nurturing support for their 5-year-old son, who has suspected ADHD, including school runs and helping him navigate a transition to a new school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with neurodivergent children, be creative, and enjoy engaging in outdoor play and creative hands on activities. In addition to childcare, responsibilities include light housework (the family has a cleaner) from resetting the family spaces, laundry, managing household administration, and ensuring groceries and healthy, nutritious homemade meals are prepared. The family’s home is a spacious five-bedroom property with three reception rooms, and the role requires someone who can bring positivity, calmness, and consistency to the household routine. The position also involves maintaining a structured environment for the family, which includes occasional support for three independent stepdaughters (ages 17, 14, and 12) who live with the family for two weeks of a month who will require school runs on these days to Ross-on-Wye. If you are organised, proactive, and passionate about fostering a supportive and caring relationship with the 5 year old while creating a harmonious and structured home, this could be the perfect role for you.
