On behalf of a returning UHNW client, we are currently seeking a Chief Stewardess, to lead the Interior team in their Regents Park residence.
This is the perfect role for a Chief Stew who would like to transition to - or further establish themselves in - a land-based role.
The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in both service and housekeeping, and be willing to oversee the team, while still being very hands-on.
A positive, can do-attitude, excellent eye to detail, discretion and flexibility are paramount to succeed in this role.
START DATE: ASAP
Duties:
- Overseeing a small Housekeeping team of 3
- Ensuring the highest standards of order and cleanliness are consistently maintained
- Training staff to the best practices, while ensuring health and safety rules are adhered to at all times
- Learning the principals likes/dislikes, and assisting them with any ad-hoc request
- Being proficient in all aspect of service
- Cooperating with the Butler when required, for dinner parties and events
- Covering for the Butler when they are off/on holiday
- The principals travel extensively, sometimes it is required to travel with them
- Flexibility is paramount
Work Days: 5 days per week
Salary: negotiable, DOE
This is a live-out role in London, you must be living around London and have the right to work in the UK.
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
