A private family seeks to hire an experienced Housekeeper to assist with the daily maintenance of their Boca Raton Residence. Must be very loving and like working with a family dog and two teenage children. Must have a hospitality and service mindset, and a can-do attitude. The role combines elements of personal assistance, household management requiring a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and flexibility in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hotel-quality housekeeping and deep cleaning tasks.
- Dust, vacuum, and clean all surfaces thoroughly.
- Provide general support with laundry and organize closets.
- Conduct detailed ironing, including principals’ clothes, shirts, and linens.
- Deep clean and organize bathrooms.
- Oversee wardrobe management and maintain orderly closets.
- Assist with packing and unpacking for travel.
- Conduct grocery shopping and order household items.
- Provide excellent service to principals and guests.
- Work as part of a household team with the nannies.
- Oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring a well-maintained and organized environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Hours: 9am-5pm

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in a private residence.
- Excellent references from current and previous employers.
- Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
- Professional, polished, and poised at all times.
- Hands-on with a positive attitude, high energy, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
