On behalf of our HNW client, we are seeking a discreet, experienced, committed PA to assist the Principal with a wide range of daily administrative and organizational tasks.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of her personal and business life, work alongside other staff and be able to travel up to 2 weeks a month to Ibiza.

Skills & background required:
- At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or a similar role in a UHNWI environment or with senior executives
- Organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge in Accounting and financial management
- Reliability and integrity
- Flexibility: willingness to work weekends, evenings, and on short notice
- Willingness to travel: openness to national and international travel, including stays in Ibiza and other exclusive destinations
- Language skills: fluent in German and English (additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are advantageous)
- Strong communication skills
- Networking skills
- Technical understanding: proficient with smartphones, laptops, and common software applications (e.g., Apple Shared Calendar, digital document management, smart home technologies)

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 - 6pm; out of hours support expected
Accommodation: private accommodation in staff residence provided in Ibiza only
Salary: CHF 80,000 (DOE).
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
