Our client is looking for an experienced housekeeper to help him on alternate weeks when he has his son with him.
His little boy, aged 6, visits every other week in term time, from Friday morning through to the following Friday. You would be required to work the Friday he arrives, the Saturday [Sunday off] then Monday through to Thursday, every other week.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- General housekeeping, laundry and ironing
- Making a simple lunch and prepping a healthy supper to leave to be heated up.
- Shopping
- Errands
- Deep cleans occasionally
The employer is looking for the support so he can spend more time with his little boy, however he would love it if this person was child friendly enough to perhaps do some more creative type activities with the little boy such as crafts or baking etc.
They have a house in Devon and one in Verbier where they spend time in the Summer, if you were willing to travel with them for short periods then that would be great, but it is not essential at all.
You need to be a kind person with a warm personality but also someone who is able to work quietly and unobtrusively.
