On behalf of our returning UHNW client, we are seeking a number of Residential Security Agent (RSA) to provide security and logistics support for the family, guests and property to ensure their safety and the safety of the premises.
The RSAs will be joining an expanding team of five, and there will be occasional travel to a London residence.
Candidates must be willing to be subject to background and reference checks.
Duties include:
- Ensure premises are secure through specific procedures and frequent patrols
- Monitor electronic security systems and respond appropriately to alarms or other indications
- Thoroughly complete safety inspections to identify and report hazards
- Complete task-specific checklists at regular intervals throughout the year
- Greet and validate visitors, contractors/vendors or deliveries coming to the properties and occasionally escort visitors, contractors/vendors or delivery people while on the properties
- Interact with clients and guests
- Provide initial response and care for medical emergencies
- Support private event security through validating attendees, controlling access, monitoring for safety hazards and responding to needs
- Complete security advance operations for meetings, events and other off-site activities
- Accurately document work activities and events
- Work with Executive Assistants to ensure logistics are safe and timely
Skill and Qualifications Required:
- SIA License
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Two years security and protective operations experience - military, security officer and law enforcement are ideal backgrounds
- Appropriate physical fitness, including the ability to stand for long periods (>2 hours) and walk long distances (>2 miles)
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- A good working knowledge of best practice security standards and procedures
- Professional appearance and demeanor in order to interact with clients/guests (customer service and client relation skills)
- Integrity, thoroughness and preparedness.
Working Days/Hours: Work a variety of days and hours, including nights and weekends, at the discretion of Management (i.e. 3 days, 3 nights, 3 off,...).
This is a live-out role, therefore the ideal candidates will live within reasonable distance from Ascot.
Salary: ranging between £40-50K gpa. However, negotiable: depending on experience and qualification.
Start: as soon as possible
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
