Overview

An international family is seeking a temporary infant care nanny with extensive infant care experience to provide temporary care for their 5-month-old from the 4th September through the 2nd October 2024. The family will be based in Chelsea, London, and the schedule will be 7am-7pm, 7 days per week.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care for the child, ensuring safety, well-being and development
All typical nursery duties will apply
Collaborate with the parents on feeding, sleeping, and daily routines
Design a schedule of activities (inside and outside the home) that foster creativity, help the child master fine and gross motor skills, language, numbers etc.

Qualifications

Must have at least 5 years' verifiable experience
Candidates should ideally have an educational background in Child Development/ ECE or other relevant field
Additional skills, such as languages, the ability to play a musical instrument, or specific sports, etc. are highly desirable

Requirements

Have extensive infant care experience, be warm and welcoming and possess a respectful and adaptable demeanor
Be calm, low-key, polished, poised, and composed, with excellent manners
Be able to read the room - know when to step up and step back, and exhibit a level of sophistication when addressing the family’s friends and broader family
Candidates must be CPR/First Aid certified and be non-smokers
Available to complete the full term from the 4th September through the 2nd October.

Salary and Benefits

£25-£35/hr
