Tiger Private is seeking a dedicated live-in Housekeeper for a prestigious residence in Chelsea. This is a comprehensive role that requires the Housekeeper to serve as the primary point of contact and caretaker for the property, particularly during the principal's absence. Although the principal is in residence for approximately 100 days per year, other family members visit regularly. This requirement offers the perfect opportunity for an experienced candidate looking for longevity, as the current Housekeeper has been at the residence for over 20 years. The role involves maintaining the home to impeccable standards, including daily cleaning, laundry, and care for high-value items such as antiques, artwork, and luxury furnishings. Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning all living spaces including kitchens and bathrooms. The position also entails tasks such as bed making, changing linens, ironing, unpacking and packing suitcases, polishing silver and delicate surfaces, and occasionally preparing meals or running errands. Accommodation is provided within the residence: a spacious private room with an en-suite bathroom located on a separate floor. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, when the principal is away; however, flexibility will be expected as needed. Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrate a proactive attitude, and possess exceptional attention to detail.
