A warm and welcoming family based in Oxford is seeking a flexible and reliable Nanny/Housekeeper/Mother’s Help to care for their delightful 13-year-old daughter, who attends a local school.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will provide support for one to two overnight stays and two evenings per week (approximately 2–3 hours per evening), based at the family’s home in Oxford. School finishes at either 6:00 pm or 9:00 pm, and morning school drop-off is required between 8:00–8:30 am following any overnight stay.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Light housekeeping and general tidying
Preparing school bags and sports kits
School drop-offs and collections
Cooking healthy, home-prepared meals and snacks
Liaising with other household staff
Managing school laundry and assisting with grocery shopping

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Based in Oxford or within a reasonable commuting distance
Exceptionally flexible and comfortable with occasional shared care or proxy parenting
Able to adapt to a school term-time/holiday schedule
Available during term time with the potential for additional hours during school holidays and occasional evening babysitting
Clean driving licence and confident driving
