Overview
A busy professional living in Brooklyn is seeking personal assistant/concierge to join his team. The general work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40-50 hours per week, but this position requires a 24/7 mentality and flexibility. The candidate should be prepared to work on-site a majority of the time. The principal has a wife and 4 adult children with which you will interact at times. He also has a full-time executive assistant for all business related items, so this role is for social and networking purposes.
Responsibilities
Job duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Coordinating all social engagements
- Networking
- Setting up and renewing memberships at different social clubs
- Planning travel
- Coordinating and managing schedules
- Researching restaurants, venues, art galleries and making reservations
- Planning parties and events
- Anything else that will make the principals (family's) life easier
- The scope of responsibilities is broad, and will evolve
Qualifications
- The principal is looking for someone who is sharp.
- Someone flexible and easy-going with a "no job too small attitude" will do best in the role
- The position requires discretion and emotional intelligence
- Eager and wanting to grow their career

- Experience working in fast paced environments

Salary and Benefits
- This salary for this role does depend on experience and ranges from $100-$150k
