Salary - 25,000 AED per month Live out Hours - 12pm-7.30pm, 5/6 days per week depending on schedule Key Responsibilities: Homework Assistance: Assist with homework, reinforce school learning, and cultivate intellectual curiosity. Personal Development & Mentorship: Instill confidence, independence, etiquette, and social awareness while guiding the child in personal growth and good decision-making. Cultural & Extracurricular Exposure: Plan educational outings, encourage engagement in arts, music, sports, and languages, and support participation in cultural activities. Behavioral & Emotional Guidance: Act as a positive role model, provide emotional support, and reinforce good manners, respect, and social skills. Executive Functioning & Life Skills: Teach organizational skills, time management, responsibility, and resilience in daily activities. Travel & Lifestyle Adaptability: Accompany the family on trips, ensuring seamless integration of education and personal development into different environments. Coordination with Parents & Other Staff: Maintain open communication with parents, liaise with tutors, coaches, and other household staff to ensure holistic development.
