A fabulous nanny role has become available, helping a single working Dad look after his three happy girls aged 19, 17 and 10. The majority of the role will be caring for the ten year old, as the older two are quite independent. The family also has a friendly dog.

The family requires a dedicated individual who can provide a supportive and structured environment, encouraging positive habits and personal growth for the children.

The core hours will be Monday-Friday, 15.00-19.00 (20 hours/week). In addition, once a month, Dad will be working away on business for five days, when you would be required to stay overnight and do the morning school run too. These dates would always be agreed in advance. These overnights have been accounted for in the salary.

The role required you to also help keep the family organised.

Childcare Responsibilities:
• Drive the children to and from school and any after school activities
• Assist the children with their homework, offering guidance and encouragement
• Plan and participate in play activities, outings, and engaging interactions
• Ensure the children have regular physical activity and encourage healthy habits
• Promote manners, respect, and positive behaviour

Household Responsibilities:
• Supervise the children’s household responsibilities, such as tidying their bedrooms, feeding the dog, getting ready for school, packing their bags, etc
• Prepare nutritious family meals
• Keep the house tidy and organised, including light cleaning tasks, alongside a separate cleaner
• Family laundry including bedding
• School admin

You should be a careful and confident driver with a clean driving licence and your own fully insured car. Duty mileage will be paid.

Location of the job: Marlow, Buckinghamshire
Minimum experience required: Two years
Details of any training required: Enhanced DBS (update) and 12 Hour Paediatric First Aid
Details of any qualifications required: Level 3 childcare if possible, but experience essential
Days required: Core hours: Monday-Friday, 15.00-19.00 (20 hours/week) and five overnights each month (one block)
Pets in the home: Yes – one friendly dog (has dog walker)
Driving required: Yes – own fully insured car required, duty mileage will be paid
Job Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £24,440 gross per annum / mutually agreed overtime to be paid at £16 gross per hour
