Our Clients who have a residence on the Northamptonshire/Oxfordshire boarders, are actively searching for a live-in Domestic Couple . The couple must have experience working as a couple have prior high-end housekeeping experience, either gained from private households or luxury hotels/private members club . They must also have a good understanding of House management and be confident in dealing with contractors and attending to the maintenance around the property . This is fully staffed house so being a team player is essential and supporting in all areas when needed. They must feel confident working with high-profile individuals, happy to be a team player and muck in with any tasks. The family tend to spend their summers and half terms at the property as well as occasional weekends so you must must be present when they are there, when the family is not in residence there is flexibility to shorter days as longer days will be expected when in residence. Duties Outline but not limited to : * Day to day management of housekeeping to include hands on housekeeping/cleaning. * Stock management of kitchen, cleaning products, linens and towels. * Laundry * Cooking is not a essential part of the role just a bonus * Errand running * Overseeing additional cleaning staff. * Managing deliveries and visitors to the house * Keeping outdoor areas clean and tidy * Maintenance and washing of cars and refueling etc * Dealing with deliveries, maintenance, security and contractors etc * House management * Maintenance around the Property * Supporting the gardener when needed * Other tasks may include, basic food preparation, wardrobe management, packing unpacking, running errands etc… Role is 5 days per week which will include some regular weekends. Salary:£75k plus depending on experience. Accommodation is a purpose built 3 bedroom cottage on the Estate with out side garden space. REF S&W#2507954
